It is groovy, but how the heck would you see out of it? It would be a good investment for my spy work here in Moscow. Shoot. I'm not supposed to SAY I'm a spy. Damn.
You certainly wouldn't make a very good spy. geesh. :)
I think the idea of this hat is to wear it when you want to avoid eye contact, so yes it would make a good spy cap.
